For this trainee position, we are seeking College or University graduates with relevant IT qualifications and a willingness to join an established IT team to learn the company processes and systems. You must be comfortable dealing with people and dedicated to systems and processes.
The role will involve adding users and email accounts, dealing with helpdesk enquiries from 1st to 3rd line. Updating call logs, supporting mobile users in field, network, server and desktop issues and supporting full IT support setup.
