To be successful on this course, you’ll need to have a solid knowledge of cookery and a real passion for food. In line with real life hospitality practice, there will be times where you’ll need to come into college in the evening, not just during the day.
The course is a mix of advanced practical cookery skills, management/supervisory skills and theory. As you’d expect from a management level course, there’s a lot of report writing, and financial control and analysis.
