No formal entry qualifications. The ability to demonstrate an interest in food preparation and cooking or in food and beverage service would be essential. Core skills at level 4 or above would be desirable.

What's Involved

This 'hands on' course will introduce you to the professional practices of an industrial kitchen. You will learn food preparation and cooking techniques and develop the skills required for work in a fast paced and highly enjoyable industry. Elements of work experience will be included in the programme.
