When you successfully complete this course, you’ll have the choice of:
This is a real ‘hands on’ course and you’ll cover both theory and practical work.
You’ll be introduced to all vehicle-related systems, including engines, emissions, exhausts, electrical, brakes, fuel, starting, steering and suspension. You’ll get to know a vehicle inside and out, and learn how to perform a range of routine checks.
You’ll look at the effects of vehicles on the environment.
You’ll also learn about workshop safety and maintenance, vehicle construction and fitting components.
Finally, we’ll help you develop your skills for employment, such as working as part of a team and creating a CV to get you noticed.
