BIIAB Personal Licence Holder Refresher (afternoon)
This course runs from 1.00pm to 5.30pm

This course is intended for anyone who currently holds a Personal Licence which is due to be updated. This course will run for three hours, at the end of the course candidates will complete a multiple choice exam paper consisting of 40 questions. The cost of the course includes the handbook which will be sent to the candidate at least two days prior to attending the course. The course will cover the current Scottish Licensing legislation and other associated laws to satisfy the requirements for the refresher training for Personal Licence Holders.
The Licence holder has a duty to take a refresher course after 5 years or they will have their licence revoked; and the licence holder then cannot authorise the sale of alcohol or act in the post of Premises Manager.
Ayrshire College, Ayr Campus has consistently achieved the BIIAB’s highest grade (Grade 1) for administration of their courses.
The College has excellent links with South Ayrshire Council Licensing Board.
Candidates must currently hold a Personal Licence which is due to be updated.
