What's Involved

This course is aimed at people involved in food and drink industry in Ayrshire and looking to improve productivity.

Course Descriptor:

This course is designed for organisations and individuals who are seeking to increase productivity, promote efficiency, and reduce waste throughout their business.

From an introduction to the principles of Business Improvement, to some of the tools and techniques that can be implemented by organisations, the course seeks to serve as an introduction to the ethos of Business Improvement.

Attendees will take part in a range of participative activities designed to partner and complement the theory, and will be able to confidently implement these tools within their own organisation.
