Whats Involved

Customers are the lifeblood of many organisations, and their expectations are continually increasing and evolving. This course serves as a perfect platform to hone and perfect existing customer service skills, as well as develop new skills that add to the overall customer experience.

  • The stages of the customer journey
  • Why customer focus is so important
  • Establishment and reinforcement of service standards
  • New ways to improve service provision
  • The importance of customer feedback and reviews
  • Problem identification, solution generation and implementation planning
  • Complaint handling & resolution
  • Creation of continuous improvement mind-set

Attendees on this course will gain an increased awareness of the importance of customer service and how it integrates within their own organisations working practices. Additional knowledge will be gained with regards to the impact that customer reviews and after-sales care can have on organisations, and how these can be influenced by great customer service.

Attendees will also be able to demonstrate increased confidence in handling and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, as well as have a greater understanding of the need for continuous improvement in customer service to sustain competitive advantage.
