Please be aware that this evening class is delivered at a fast pace to cover the course content in a shorter time than the time allocated in a school environment. Before commencing on the course you should be prepared to commit to spend some time every week to study at home independently, to revise the course content and to prepare for the next class.
Buying a Higher Human Biology text book, to help you in your studies as per lecturer’s instructions, is strongly recommended.
SQA exams are expected to take place at the end of the course. These historically happen in May.
After completion of this qualification you could apply for a Science course at Ayrshire College.
