Whats Involved

This course is a fantastic opportunity to explore ways of improving workplace communications, and in turn build trust within an organisational context. Participants will be given support to evaluate the effectiveness of current communications, and then supported to develop new strategies that will enhance communication and help build trust throughout the workforce. This course represents an opportunity for organisations to refine and improve their communication practices, and gain enhanced employee buy-in to that process.

Course Content:

  • Mapping of current communication flows
  • Root Cause Analysis of problem areas
  • Options identification and evaluation
  • Formulation of strategy, using 5w’s and how
  • Setting SMART objectives for future performance measurement
  • Qualitative measurement tools for identifying and celebrating improvements
  • Setting of future review periods

At the end of this course, attendees will have gained a deeper insight into the importance of effective communications within an organisation, and the impact that this may have on productivity and relationships. Those attending will also leave the course equipped with tools that can be used to measure progress, as well as a series of objectives and review points that can be transferred into their organisational setting.
