What's involved
Computer Aided Draughting (CAD) uses the power of computers to enhance engineering drawings. It makes them easier to store and transport, whilst increasing the amount of detail they can contain. Drawings can be quickly updated, adjusted and corrected without the need to create completely new diagrams.
This practical 12 week course, using will provide the foundation for developing suitable CAD skills to create and modify CAD drawings. You will be working on an individual PC in a dedicated room using the latest AutoCAD software. Starting with basic controls and commands, you will create drawings of increasing complexity as the course progresses.
