This course serves as a fantastic introduction or reinforcement to project management practices, tools and techniques. Project management skills will provide both individuals and organisations with a powerful tool to organise and deliver projects on a broad scale, and the underpinning knowledge gained will serve as a solid foundation for future development.
Candidates on this course will be given the opportunity to utilise their developing skills by way of creating their own project and managing this project throughout the course.

At the end of this course attendees will have increased knowledge of the key areas surrounding project management and will be able to apply these to a wide array of projects. Attendees will also be familiar with a wide array of project management tools and software and will have increased their knowledge of estimation and evaluation techniques.
