Whats Involved
Organisational change can be a daunting prospect for those involved in managing and sustaining it. This course helps to demonstrate the key areas for focus, where problems may lie and how to overcome them, as well as provide attendees with a range of tools and techniques to help them effectively introduce and sustain change within an organisation.
Course Content:
- Define "change" and "change management"
- Understanding why change may be required
- Understand why people resist or embrace change
- Managing and overcoming resistance to change
- Leading through the change process
- Cementing change into organisational culture
Attendees on this course will gain enhanced knowledge of the catalysts for organisational change, as well as increased awareness of the reasons why people resist or embrace change. Upon completion, attendees will further be able to demonstrate the skills required to help overcome this resistance and lead throughout the change process. Of further benefit will be the skills required to solidify changes and create a mind-set of continuous improvement within an organisation.
