What is the course about?

This is a great course where will you learn new skills, and it’s especially relevant for anyone considering a career within Health and Social Care. This course will improve your understanding about mental health and answer questions many young people have about this subject. It aims to reduce stigma surrounding mental health, arm young people with healthy coping strategies, promote knowledge of the impact of mental health on behaviour, and dispel myths surrounding mental health. It will also promote understanding of positive and negative impacts on mental health, helping you to make the right choices. You’ll also explore the uses and impact of social media and the internet, and learn how to be more resilient.
