Whats Involved

This course is suitable for new or experienced Office users who are looking for a more in depth look at common Office 365 apps.

The session will use the college O365 portal, therefore participants will not be required to have their own accounts.

Course Content:

Employers should choose 2 from the following list of Microsoft 365 applications to cover for the programme:

  • One Drive for Business: OneDrive enables users to store personal files and share them with colleagues
  • Sway: Sway allows users to create interactive reports, presentations, personal stories and more
  • Planner: Planner enables users to create and track simple project plans
  • Forms: Microsoft Forms allows users to create shareable surveys, quizzes and polls.
  • Flow: Microsoft Flow creates automated workflows between Microsoft 365 apps to synchronise files, get feedback and approvals, and more
  • Outlook on the Web: This is the browser-based client used to access email, calendar, tasks and contacts

By the end of this course participants will be able to navigate their way around their chosen Office 365 applications and understand their usability.
