What's Involved

A thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of productivity tools is essential for anyone in today's digitally based workplace. Microsoft Office 365 is rapidly becoming an integral part of businesses for managing, organising, sharing, and presenting information. It provides organisations with a suite of business applications including Outlook on the web, Office web Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote), Teams and OneDrive.

Attendees on any of the Office 365 apps courses must be comfortable with using Microsoft Windows but do not require any previous experience of Office 365.

An Office 365 account is not necessary as you will work in our online environment.

Outlook on the web is a browser-based email client, calendar tool, contact manager and task manager. It lets you access your Exchange mailbox from a web browser.

This 2 hour course live session with a highly skilled trainer will help you become familiar with the Outlook web app and will cover the following.

  • Create, reply and forward messages
  • Create an email signature
  • Attach files
  • Turn on automatic forwarding
  • Use Inbox rules
  • Create appointments and meetings
  • Share a calendar
  • Create, view and edit contacts
  • Create a Contact List
