Whats Involved
This course is suitable for those who are looking to get the most out of the functionality available within Office 365 for sharing and collaborating. No prior knowledge is required. The session will use the college O365 portal, therefore no work accounts are necessary.
Course Content:
OneDrive for Business provides a workspace for real-time collaboration and communication, meetings, file and app sharing. With OneDrive for Business you can store, sync, and share work files in the cloud.
Microsoft Forms can be used to gather information from various sources. Users can create shareable surveys, quizzes and polls.
This course will cover the following:
One Drive for Business:
- Overview of OneDrive
- Create and manage files and folders
- Share files and folders
- Open shared files
- Manage sharing and permissions
- Co-author documents
- Work with online web apps for Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Microsoft Forms:
- Create a simple survey
- Use branching options
- Share a form
- Collect and analyse results
By the end of this course participants will have an understanding of how they can use OneDrive and MS Forms to share and collaborate with colleagues.
