Whats Involved

The culture of an organisation is a key influence in the way in which people work, behave and interact. Effecting change of this culture is challenging, and this course is an excellent companion for those who are tasked with leading these changes and cementing into place a new organisational culture.

Course Content:

  • Defining organisational culture
  • The change process
  • Examining current culture within organisation & issues
  • Goal setting and visualising future culture
  • Responsibilities of managers and leaders in organisational cultural change
  • Overcoming resistance to cultural change

At the end of this course, attendees will be able to understand what organisational culture is, the impact it has on employees and their working practices and identify what the current issues may be. Attendees will also have gained increased knowledge of the importance of setting clear goals and of the responsibilities of leaders and managers in leading organisational change.
