Do you enjoy cooking and travelling? Why not combine the two and cook (and eat, of course) your way around the world!

This is a fun class for keen cooks who wish to develop their repertoire of dishes. Visiting countries including Italy, Mexico, India and China, you will learn how to use different ingredients and cookery techniques in a professional manner. Your lecturer will support you by demonstrating all of the dishes and answering questions along the way. A great way to meet like-minded people!

What's Involved

You will cook some traditional (and some less traditional) dishes from a number of countries.

Most dishes can easily be adapted to suit vegetarians.

You will need to:

  • Be able to follow instructions such as recipes/demonstrations
  • Use basic measurements
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the kitchen
  • Wear an apron to protect your clothes

Bring a container to take your wares home
