DOMESTIC CORE GAS SAFETY

This course (CCN1 + SPECIALISMS) is specifically for engineers to complete who wish to renew their tickets to undertake, service, commission and repair specific gas appliances. This course is certificated by BPEC.

The course will include training and assessment.

On completion of the course, the candidate will be competent and registered in this area for 5 years.

Applicants must be currently working in the gas industry and must hold/ have held CCN tickets.

Commercial Catering

This is specifically for engineers looking to upskill their tickets to undertake, service, commission and repair specific Commercial Catering gas appliances.

 

Commercial Gas

This is specifically for engineers looking to upskill their tickets to undertake, service, commission and repair specific Commercial gas appliances.

 

Electricity for Plumbers (Part P)

This is specifically for engineers looking to improve their knowledge of electrical wiring and fault finding on domestic heating systems and enhance the skills and knowledge required to maintain and repair central heating systems.

 

Legionella

This is specifically for engineers looking to improve their knowledge of the Legionella Risk and Management. Learn how to do a Legionella risk assessment on installations. Learn prevention, disinfection and control procedures.

 

Unvented Hot Water (G3)

This is specifically for engineers looking to upskill their tickets to undertake, service, commission and repair Unvented Hot Water appliances. This course meets the G3 regulation to comply with manufacturers warranties.

 

LPG

This is specifically for engineers looking to upskill their tickets to undertake, service, commission and repair specific LPG gas appliances.

 

Energy Efficiency (Part L)

This course enables candidates to comply with Part L1 of the Building Regulations. Learn about SEDBUK and SAP ratings. Domestic heating sizing methods and good working practice on gas, oil, solar, solid fuel, ground pump and air source installations.

Learn how to install energy efficient heating systems in order to deliver reduced carbon dioxide emissions to comply with increased legislation and provide customers with energy saving advice.

This course is a pre-requisite to the Solar Domestic Hot Water, Heat Pumps and Biomass installer qualifications.

We also offer reassessment on Candidates looking to renew their Energy Efficiency (Part L) qualifications.
