A Taste of Lean - FREE Info Session
Thursday 28th March 2024, 10am to 1pm at Ayr Campus
Do you want to save money, build efficiency and reduce waste? Then we have a free event that will aid you in all of these goals!
A Taste of Lean is a free half-day workshop providing delegates with an overview of what Lean is and how it’s applicable to any industry. The session is interactive, practically applying several Lean tools, theory on many other tools and a chance for delegates to apply some of the tools to real life working examples.
This taster session is also a pre-cursor to accredited Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt training and will be a great opportunity to learn more about Lean in a practical way, as well as have the opportunity to interact with our Lean trainers and ask any questions you may have concerning the courses.
You will come away from this session with a greater knowledge and understanding of;
- The Origins of Lean
- The 5 Principles of Lean
- Creating value for your customer
