We seamlessly blend practical and theoretical learning, providing you with a comprehensive foundation in this dynamic field.

To start on this course, you'll need:

• a genuine interest in beauty therapy
• four National 5s or equivalent qualifications. Alternatively, a Beauty qualification at SCQF Level 5 or its equivalent
• a completed application, including a comprehensive personal statement
• age 16 or over

If you don't possess formal qualifications but have life experience, we'll also consider your application, so please don't hesitate to apply.

Contemporary Spa and Beauty Therapy Level 6 offers a well-rounded education in beauty and wellbeing. Here's a glimpse of what you may explore:

• introduction to spa therapy, with hands-on experience in selected treatments
• practical work in our commercial salon and opportunities for work experience
• participation in competitions like World Skills

• assistance at promotional events, like campus well-being days

Upon successful completion of this course, you may have the opportunity to:

• progress to Professional Spa and Beauty Therapy Level 6/7 in January
