This can be suitable to anyone working in a hospitality setting, such as Bar staff, Kitchen assistant (non-cooks), reception staff, housekeeping staff, food serving staff (counter, takeaway, fine dining, casual dining, café dining etc)

GM2K 22 SVQ in Professional Cookery at SCQF Level 5

This one is for level 2 SVQ chefs/cooks, it is suitable for a basic/normal skill level chef working in any kitchen setting where their menu and kitchen/resources would allow them to cover at least 12 cookery units.

GM2J 23 SVQ in Professional Cookery at SCQF Level 6

This is for Level 3 SVQ chefs/cooks, it is suitable for chefs working in an environment producing dishes are higher level in terms of complexity and skill level required. The menu, kitchen resources must be sufficient to enable the candidate to be able to cover at least 12 cookery units at this level.

GM2C 23 SVQ in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership at SCQF Level 7

This is for Level 3 Hospitality team leaders/supervisors and managers, which are in charge of staff teams and resources, are responsible for workplace health and safety in a wide range of hospitality areas.
