Entry Requirements
It is recommended that students have a pass at either National 4, or Intermediate 1 grade A or Standard Grade General mathematics. Students without any formal qualifications, but with life experience and a demonstrable interest in the subject area will also be considered for entry.
In June, you will receive a short mathematics revision booklet to work through over the summer. This is to ensure that students are prepared for the course and to refresh areas of mathematics that may not have been used recently.
Please note that due to the high level of challenge presented by National Courses, the above represents the minimum entry requirements.

It is a fast paced course and is delivered on a weekly basis in three hour classes, but will also require some home study.
