Temp Banqueting and Bar Staff

Yellow 42 Recruitment work with various venues across Scotland and we are currently looking for temp banqueting and bar staff for shifts in the Ayrshire and Glasgow area.

Bar staff must have a minimum 3 months experience.  Ideally have a mandatory 2-hour alcohol certificate.  (If you do not have this, we well be able to put you onto our online portal in order to take the test)

Banqueting staff - experience is not essential.  We will put all staff through a 2–3-hours of practical training, showing you how to set up for banqueting, carrying and clearing plates and the general etiquette of banqueting.  When this had been undertaken, we than give you access to the online portal for 2 hours mandatory alcohol training, food safety and food allergens - all of which are certified.

We offer as much flexibility as you need and pay weekly into your bank.

The minimum rate of pay is (irrespective of age)  £11.44/hr, with some clients this can be more. (This is increasing to £12.21 on the 1st April) Holiday pay is also included.

Seasonal live in roles in the Highlands and Islands are available in the summer months for those that want to venture up north.
