STEM ambassador and regularly support the local education ecosystem to drive engagement through STEM related careers. Collaborating across diverse teams and functions, regularly engaging with senior leaders, HR, line managers, early talent, and external partners such as schools, colleges and sector bodies i.e. SDS. Work in a highly governed and regulated environment, where compliance, auditability and robust risk management are non-negotiable.
Used to operating within corporate policies, industry standards and legal requirements, often partnering with functions such as Finance, HR and Quality.
