Fully funded training available for your business

Training Access Fund (TAF)
For working parents and carers. TAF helps eligible parents and carers who are already in work access short, work-focused training that can support career and wage progression.

New Flexible Workforce Development Fund
For employers and employees. The NFWDF helps eligible Scottish employers invest in their workforce through fully funded training. Employers can access up to £15,000 of funded training each year, with up to £5,000 available per eligible employee. Training can be tailored around the needs of your organisation and workforce.
Ayrshire Skills Investment Fund
Ayrshire College proudly partners with the Ayrshire Skills Investment Fund (ASIF) as its first official training partner. The £3.5 million fund, launched in October as part of the Ayrshire Growth Deal, offers bespoke, funded courses to support businesses and learners across the region.
ASIF focuses on skills development in key growth sectors such as Engineering, Digital, Clean Growth and the Visitor Economy. The fund will help employers grow and develop their employees and increase skills for Ayrshire residents, linking them to growth sectors and employment opportunities.
Our Business Engagment and Innovation Officers are available to assist employers interested in applying for up to £1,800 per staff member (subject to eligibility criteria) to bridge skills gaps and boost workforce capabilities.

Scottish Enterprise are a national economic development agency that can offer support, helping businesses find and access funding opportunities
