Leads transformation, governance and business improvement programmes to enhance service quality, efficiency and customer outcomes. Provides strategic oversight of risk, financial stewardship and workforce engagement to ensure effective delivery of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme.

Head of Professional Services at Glasgow University (2018-2022)

Held a senior leadership role within the Adam Smith Business School within professional services, providing strategic oversight of operational and corporate functions within a complex academic environment. Led multidisciplinary teams of over 200 staff, strengthened governance and performance frameworks, and supported delivery of institutional priorities. Role required close partnership with academic leaders to ensure effective service delivery, financial control and organisational resilience.
