For working parents and carers. TAF helps eligible parents and carers who are already in work access short, work-focused training that can support career and wage progression.

New Flexible Workforce Development Fund

For employers and employees. The fund helps eligible employers invest in their workforce through fully funded training. Employers can access up to £15,000 of funded training each year, with up to £5,000 available per eligible employee.
