For unemployed parents & carers

Raising Income through Skills and Education (RISE)

If you're a parent or carer in Ayrshire looking to get into work, the RISE Fund could help.

Funded by the Scottish Government as part of its Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan 2026–2031, this programme provides fully funded training and support for eligible parents and carers.

What does RISE offer?
