Assessment Overview

Candidates will undertake a practical welding test under observation to verify competence in workplace welding activities. Completed welds will be inspected and tested to ensure they meet the required standard for certification.

All delegates must bring photographic ID on the day of the assessment. If completing exam through your employer, you must provide the company name and (if ISO accredited) company ID number. Pictures will be taken on the day of completed and acceptable tests.

All candidates will be witnessed performing the test and to assure the standard is followed. Some guidance will be offered where appropriate. The completed test piece will be visually inspected for defects then mechanically tested dependent on weld type.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Enrol today to avoid disappointment!
