Overview

This course is intended for Higher Photography students with a view to taking their studies further and pursuing a career in Photography. It will look to expand your photography portfolio, skills and knowledge by giving you access to professional studio lighting and equipment under the supervision and guidance of professional photographers.

You will study and practice various studio camera techniques, advanced techniques and lighting set ups, as well as getting the most from photo manipulation and editing.

This will further enhance your photography skills and knowledge in the controlled studio environment and give you greater confidence to tackle professional set ups and push yourself further towards an HE study of the subject or into the industry.

There may also be the opportunity to work on live briefs and publicly exhibit your finished work throughout our college campuses.
