Your course will incorporate units at SCQF Level 6 and 7 in order to ensure a smooth progression towards higher level sport and fitness units/qualifications. If you’re into sport and fitness and are thinking about a future career in the sport, fitness or exercise industry, this course can help you on your way.
Entry Requirements
To apply for this course, you'll need:
- Ideally one Graded higher (A-C) and some national 5 qualifications or success in a relevant NC course at SCQF Level 5
If you don’t have formal qualifications but have life experience, then we’ll also consider you for a place, so please do apply.
Course Content

You will also develop meta-skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in a supportive learning environment.
Practical Elements of the course will mainly consist of leading/coaching with a requirement for a proportion of theoretical work and understanding.
