Ayrshire College is Creating Connections this month
The next Creating Connections event takes place on Tuesday 25 February at Ayrshire College’s Kilwinning Campus.
Creating Connections is an annual event organised by Ayrshire College and Skills Development Scotland.
The event provides information to learners with additional support needs, and their parents, carers and teachers, on the options available after secondary school.
The event is a fantastic opportunity for employers and training providers to share their knowledge of the support available in Ayrshire, and to help learners with additional support needs to access education, training, or employment after secondary school.
There is no need to sign up beforehand, visitors can drop in to the Kilwinning Campus anytime between 1pm and 3:30pm on 25 February. They will be able to speak to 30 exhibitors on the day.
Greg Cassidy, Head of Essential Skills, said “The event supports a wide range of people to gather information that helps young people make informed choices about their future. The College is working hard with all other partners so that everyone is able to choose the right destination after school to help them achieve their goals.”
