Gayle Watson is the Founding Director of MYVO Ltd, a successful accountancy practice based in Kilmarnock, which she established to provide tailored financial support to individuals, small businesses, and charities. Alongside running her business, Gayle is Chairperson of Above Adventure, a climbing and wellbeing charity, where she leads the development of inclusive programmes that improve health, confidence, and opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.
Gayle also serves as Finance Director for East Ayrshire Churches Homelessness Action (EACHA) and holds trustee roles with other local charities, reflecting her strong commitment to community development. She brings a wealth of experience in finance, governance, and social enterprise, as well as a passion for creating opportunities that help people thrive.
Gayle is looking forward to contributing her expertise to the Ayrshire College Board of Management, supporting its mission to deliver high-quality education, skills, and opportunities across the region.
