Jason Currie
Non-Executive Board Member
Jason is a senior digital and portfolio leader within the UK Civil Service, currently serving as Service Owner for Programme & Portfolio at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). In this role, he is responsible for the strategic alignment, governance, assurance, and performance of change portfolios, enabling evidence-based investment decisions and strengthening organisational delivery capabilities through systems thinking and outcome-focused leadership.
With extensive experience spanning digital products, service ownership, portfolio management, business transformation, and organisational change, Jason has built a reputation for connecting strategy to execution in complex public-sector environments. His expertise includes product management, portfolio governance, service design, agile delivery, and the application of systems thinking to improve organisational performance.
Academically, Jason holds an MBA, MSc in Development Management, and Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Thinking. He is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and a Chartered Manager (CMgr FCMI). He is also currently studying for a Master of Public Administration (MPA), further strengthening his expertise in public leadership, governance, and policy.
