    Provide professional leadership to the Curriculum team by developing innovative teaching practices and managing resources to deliver an excellent student learning experience. Salary £57,687 per annum.

Ayrshire College Staff Benefits

Pension Scheme

Professional Services staff pension is provided by the Strathclyde Pension Fund and the Curriculum Staff pension is provided by the Scottish Teachers Pension Scheme.

Annual Leave

Professional Services staff receive 27 days annual leave plus 18 public holidays, including 10 College closure days over Christmas/New Year and 8 additional public holidays. Curriculum staff receive 62 days per academic year, including the same 10 Christmas/New Year closure days and 8 additional public holidays.

A cycle to work scheme is opened to staff on a regular basis. This scheme provides staff with an opportunity to purchase a bicycle through a salary sacrifice scheme. There are bike shelters at each main campus.
