Reporting to the Head of Learning and Skills, you will lead curriculum delivery across motor vehicle and land-based industries programmes, supporting teams to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant learning. The role includes a teaching commitment of up to 12 hours per week, pro rata to the curriculum offer.

You will hold a degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in Motor Vehicle Engineering or a related discipline, along with a TQFE, PDA or PGCE, and have significant industry experience.

The successful candidate will have experience in curriculum development, quality assurance and continuous improvement, with the ability to lead teams, build strong industry partnerships and ensure programmes meet the needs of students, employers and the wider sector. Relevant teaching or lecturing experience is essential.
