Accessing College Systems

Students at Ayrshire College will have access to excellent digital systems, ie Microsoft 365 and My Ayrshire College app.

Once you receive an offer on a course your college ICT account will be created. You will receive an email containing your account information followed by a text message with your unique 16 character password.

First-time login or access issues:  
If you are logging in for the first time or you are having issues accessing the College systems for any reason, please contact ict.services@ayrshire.ac.uk. 

The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) is also available to assist you. You can visit the LRC on each campus or email:

Password Hotline:  
The Ayrshire College password hotline is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.00am - 4.00pm.  The hotline is there for students who are having login issues related to their Ayrshire College password.
