• learn electrical principles, from basics to High Voltage (HV) generators
• explore fundamental electrical circuit elements and cable ratings
• understand the dangers of overcurrent in a circuit, including cable current capacity and overcurrent protection devices
• dive into earthing techniques and earth fault current protection
• develop skills in installing PVC sheathed wiring systems and fabricating/installing trunking systems
• master Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and create programs for industrial processes
• gain expertise in using electrical test equipment for safe and accurate measurements
• study maths in an engineering context and enhance IT skills with relevant software packages.
• conclude with a comprehensive understanding of health and safety in the construction industry
