Performance appraisals are an important part of developmental feedback and play a key role in setting objectives for future performance. This course is designed to convey the key areas that require to be considered to assist in talent development and retention and is aimed at all roles where performance appraisals and future planning are part of the role.

- Issues facing organisations currently
- Strategic scanning to identify development needs
At the end of this course attendees will have an increased understanding of the importance of conducting regular performance reviews and the role this plays in staff development and retention. Attendees will also gain increased knowledge of objective setting tools and be able to perform strategic scanning activities aimed at highlighting future areas for development.
