The 2026 Graduation ceremonies will take place at our Kilmarnock Campus as follows:

Ceremony one

Thursday 1 October, 6.30pm – STEM | Business | Sports | Social Science

  • 5.00pm: Gown collection and photographs (Refectory)
  • 5.30pm: VIP arrival (Salt & Barrel Restaurant)
  • 6.00pm: Graduate registration (Sports Hall)
  • 6.30pm: Ceremony begins
  • 7.45pm: Ceremony ends
  • 7.50pm: Refreshments (Atrium)

Ceremony two

Friday 2 October, 10.30am – Creative Industries | Early Years  

  • 9.00am: Gown collection and photographs (Refectory)
  • 9.30am: VIP arrival (Salt & Barrel Restaurant)
  • 10.00am: Graduate registration (Sports Hall)
  • 10.30am: Ceremony begins
  • 11.45am: Ceremony ends
  • 11.50am: Refreshments (Atrium)

Ceremony three

Friday 2 October, 2.30pm – Care

  • 1.00pm: Gown collection and photographs (Refectory)
  • 1.30pm: VIP arrival (Salt & Barrel Restaurant)
  • 2.00pm: Graduate registration (Sports Hall)
  • 2.30pm: Ceremony begins
  • 3.45pm: Ceremony ends
  • 3.50pm: Refreshments (Atrium)

Anyone who has successfully completed a qualification at SCQF Level 7 or above should be eligible to attend.

We hope to issue official invitations towards the end of July, along with information on how to book your place, your gown and your guest tickets.
