Photography and Gowns

Gowns can be returned immediately after your photographs, or alternatively, you can take them home and return them by post the following week - this means you can wear it to visit friends and family, take your own photographs and enjoy your own celebrations. Return postage will be free.

CLOSING DATE

The closing date for booking is Friday 1 October. Once booked, further instructions on how to join the celebration events and details about your gown collection and photographs will be sent to you by email week commencing 4 October.

CELEBRATIONS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

To help you to make the most of your day/evening we have agreed special deals and discounts with some local restaurants for graduates and their families.

We hope you enjoy your celebration lunch or dinner with your family and friends, please share some photos on social media using the hashtag #AyrshireGrads

How to book

Please follow the steps below to book a ticket for your celebration event, hire a gown and/or book photography online:

STEP 1: Go to www.edeandravenscroft.com

STEP 3: Type ‘Ayrshire College’ in the ‘Select your institution’ box and click find.

Please note - Your ID is not your student ID; it’s your Scottish Candidate Number (SCN) which you will find on your SQA certificate or previous Graduation correspondence from us.

If your SCN number starts with a zero(s), please try the number with and without the zero(s) as in some cases the system removes the zero(s) from the front.

Your email address will just be your most up to date email – this will be used to send you your ticket.

STEP 5: Fill in the boxes: ‘ID, Surname and Email’ and Click the ‘Submit’ button

STEP 6: The next page will come up with ‘Ceremony details’. Please make sure you have been allocated to the correct campus then click the 'Submit' button. The next page will show your award details (the College you studied at and the level of your award, e.g. HNC).
