We have funding options for parents and carers, employees and employers across Scotland.

Available Funding
There are three funds available through Ayrshire College, each designed to support a different group.

Raising Income through Skills and Education (RISE)
For parents and carers on lower incomes. RISE can help eligible parents and carers develop skills and qualifications to get into work, progress in their career or increase their income.

Training Access Fund (TAF)
For working parents and carers. TAF helps eligible parents and carers who are already in work access short, work-focused training that can support career and wage progression.

New Flexible Workforce Development Fund
For employers and employees. The NFWDF helps eligible Scottish employers invest in their workforce through fully funded training. Employers can access up to £15,000 of funded training each year, with up to £5,000 available per eligible employee. Training can be tailored around the needs of your organisation and workforce.
