ReadStarting a business was an idea that had been brewing in Stuart Pell’s head for a number of years. So this summer, with plenty of experience behind him in the hospitality sector (he has previously managed a couple of Ayrshire restaurants), he finally decided to ditch his advertising job and start a mobile coffee business.

ReadAyrshire College has a Prince’s Trust Team programme which runs in Ayr, Kilmarnock and Kilwinning. As part of Police Scotland’s commitment to collaborative working with Ayrshire College and the Prince’s Trust, an officer was seconded to the programme in the role of Team-Leader, for an initial 12 week period in order to work with a group of young people.
